You may return unused, unopened Products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns must be in original condition with unopened packaging.

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Cut yarn

  • Custom orders

  • Digital patterns

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned items.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
